Fire Station 3 serves the southwestern area of the fire district and also provides automatic-aid response to the City of El Cajon, Alpine, and Viejas Fire Districts. Station 3 houses several units including a paramedic engine company, rescue company, and an advanced life support paramedic ambulance.
